Meso Fitness Terms & Conditions

 

Trainer

  1. Will perform as Group Trainer in instruction, fitness assessment, motivation and exercise programming.

  2. Will make a decision to discontinue training because of any condition which presents an adverse risk or threat to the health and safety of the Client, Trainer or others. This decision will be conclusive.

  • NB: The Trainer is not a medical professional and is without expertise to diagnose medical conditions or impairments.

  1. No implied warranties or representations are made other than those expressly contained herein. MESO Fitness Ltd and its Group Trainers expressly note that results will differ for clients based upon various factors including and not limited to body type, nutrition and lifestyle factors etc. and therefore no guarantee of results is possible.

  2. Will maintain (and provide if necessary) a monthly log of training sessions used.

  3. Will arrive on time at scheduled sessions and will provide at least 24hours notice of any necessary schedule changes with exception of catastrophic circumstances and medical emergencies.

  4. The Trainer can terminate this agreement for any reason including and not limited to Clients failure to follow direction or conduct contrary to the interests of this agreement.

 

Client (you)

  1. Will maintain responsibility to inform the Group Trainer of any medical conditions, changes in health or new injuries which might affect the ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.

  2. Will attend sessions in a timely manner, the beginning of every session is vital as it is the warm up and minimises the risk of potential injury. Arrival more than 10 mins past the start time of a session may result in you being denied access in the interest of health and safety.

  3. Will attend sessions in appropriate workout attire. (Appropriate attire is as follows: Running trainings/cross trainers/tracksuit bottoms/shorts/t-shirt/vest/ sports bra.)

  4. Will always bring a face towel and drinking water to ensure adequate hydration throughout the session

  5. Will assume all risk of personal injury or even death which may arise from your voluntary participation in physical activity and use of equipment and machinery.

  6. Will give the Group Trainer at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule any training sessions with discretionary exception in cases of dire emergency or illness. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given the session will not be rescheduled and will count as Client forfeiture.

  7. Will comply with the advance ‘Scheduling and Fees’ terms set out below.

Scheduling and Fees

  1. MESO Fitness operate sessions on a pre-pay monthly basis with an initial 3 month minimum contract and a 30 day rolling contract there-after.

  2. Payment is to be made in advance by way of Standing Order. Access may be denied to sessions not pre-paid for.

  3. The pay monthly option entitles you (the client) to 3 sessions each week, a total of 12 sessions per calendar month. Months with 5 weeks will result in you receiving complimentary additional sessions. These sessions can be used to balance any authorised cancellations ensuring the Client redeems all entitled sessions within each month.

  4. The Client can, via the ‘pay as you go’ option, book and pay, up to 7 days prior but no less than 1 hour before, for any MesoFit session outside of the Clients monthly agreement subject to availability.
