• How do I join the class?
Once you become a member, you can login here where there is a direct link to enter the online fitness studio. You will be given a password for each class.
• How many people can join the class?
Maximum class size - 100+
* Please note: If you are joining Sanity Workouts as a Pay As You Go member, you must book at least 10 minutes before the class is due to start.
